RUSSIA PREMIER AND RSPP PRESIDENT DISCUSS PROBLEMS OF BUSINESS IN RUSSIA

MOSCOW, MARCH 31. /RIA NOVOSTI / -- On Wednesday Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and Arkadi Volski, president of the Russian Industrialists' and Entrepreneurs' Union (RSPP), have discussed topical problems of the development of entrepreneurship in Russia.

The press release of the RSPP public relations board, which has come to hand at RIA Novosti on Wednesday, says that in discussion were problems of increasing the competitiveness of products, realisation of innovation projects, improvement of the image of Russian business.

Fradkov and Volski also discussed the participation of business in overcoming poverty in the country, implementation of social projects in the field of health protection, education and culture.

The RSPP president informed the premier of measures carried out with the participation of the Union, including the international conference Social Responsibility of Companies/Efficient Technologies of Managing Social Investments, held in Moscow recently.
