RUSSIAN, UKRAINIAN NAVAL COMMANDERS DISCUSS COOPERATION

KIEV, March 31, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Commanders-in-chief of the Ukrainian Naval Forces and the Russian Navy Rear Admiral Igor Knyaz and Admiral Vladimir Kuroyedov discussed prospects for cooperation in Sevastopol (Crimea) on Wednesday.

The sides considered the present condition of naval cooperation, everyday interaction between the fleets and joint exercises, the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry told RIA Novosti.
