ST. PETERSBURG, March 19, 2004 (RIA Novosti) - The movement of a power branch to St. Petersburg is now only discussed as an idea, said chief of the Kremlin property Vladimir Kozhin.
"I've said it and will repeat it - this issue is under discussion, so far, at the ideological level: whether it is correct or not, and whether it will happen or not," said Mr. Kozhin.
"No decisions have been made - either official or unofficial. Hence, there are no stages or timeframes yet. This issue is carefully examined, verified and weighed, and discussions will continue," added the chief of the Kremlin property.
