If the world community does not make relevant conclusions from the March events, "large-scale flare-ups in the province are inevitable," the document runs.
According to deputies, the main thing now is to stem bloodshed in the area. We should also propose that a special Kosovo settlement plan be worked out to take heed of all the earlier made mistakes and ensure a real and long-term settlement in the province, the statement reads.
