GENEVA, March 19 (RIA Novosti) - The UEFA turned down the WFA appeal in regard to the Euro 2004 play off match against the Russian national team.
The Football Association of Wales demanded that a technical win be given to Wales in the Euro 2004 second play off match last November, 19, when Russians won 1-0, because Yegor Titov disqualified by the UEFA on January 21, 2004 for failing a drug test had taken part in it.
