MOSCOW, March 15 (RIA Novosti) - Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski congratulated Vladimir Putin "on huge success at the elections".
On Monday on the initiative of the Polish side Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Aleksander Kwasniewski.
According to the information provided to RIA Novosti in the press service of the head of the Russian state, the presidents considered subsequent development of Russian-Polish relations, also in the light of the forthcoming EU expansion.
The press service reported that both sides expressed their resolve to preserve and exceed the achieved level of bilateral cooperation.
