ABU DHABI, March 15, 2004. (RIA Novosti) -- President of the Yemeni Republic Ali Abdullah Saleh has congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory at the elections. "I express my heartfelt feelings that the Russian people have reconfirmed their belief in you," says a congratulatory telegram from the Yemeni President.
As the Yemeni news agency Saba reports, Ali Saleh also wished the Russian leader successes, emphasized the friendly nature of relations between the two states and their peoples and their wish to develop these relations."
