ABU-DHABI, March 15, 2004. (RIA Novosti) -- Kuwait's Amir Jabir al-Ahmad al-Sabah congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential elections, Kuwait's information agency reported.
Amir wished successes to Russian people and pointed out close cooperation of Russian-Kuwaiti relations developing in the interests of the two friendly countries and for peace and justice on the Earth.
