MOSCOW, March 15, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has promised to make the government's work clear and transparent for the public.

At Vladimir Putin's traditional session with key ministers, Mr. Fradkov said that "intensive talks" were held before each government session "to specify the complicated issues and to make them clear to the public as well." "With this approach we will be more clear and transparent, but this requires from each of us a drastically new approach with regard to professionalism and responsibility," the Prime Minister emphasized.

"We promise this and will definitely do this with the new government," he assured.
