MOSCOW, MARCH 14, RIA NOVOSTI - All federal districts have crossed a 50 per cent threshold for a valid presidential poll, reports the Central Election Commission.
The turnout for 6 p.m., Moscow time, was 63.6% for federal district Far East, 58.6% Siberia, 60.8% Urals, 62.1% Volga, 61.1% South, 53% Centre, and 50.6% Northwest.
