MOSCOW, MARCH 14, 2004 RIA NOVOSTI - Former Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov says he does not deem it feasible to form a partisan government in Russia at this point in time.

Speaking to the press Sunday, the ex-Premier said the presidential republic should be sustained in Russia for at least one more decade as the Russian public is accustomed to being governed by an individual leader. So, the current form of government will be possible to change no sooner than in a generation, he believes.

Earlier today, Kasyanov took part in the presidential polls. He cast his ballot at a polling station near the White House federal government headquarters, in downtown Moscow.
