The situation at the presidential elections in Chechnya is stable, with voting going on in all districts, President Akhmad Kadyrov told journalists. He thinks criticisms of the whole of the Chechen people inadmissible. "The main thing is to believe the Chechen people and the authorities of the Chechen Republic," he said.
