MOSCOW, March 14 (RIA Novosti). Vladimir Putin thinks all of his rivals in the election race are worthy people. "They are worthy people and the result will be made public tomorrow," Putin told journalists after casting his ballot at his electoral district in Moscow.

When asked what he can say about his rivals, Putin said it would not be correct to express his opinion now. "I learned to respect my rivals since the time I went in for sports," he said. "One should be grateful for the honour of fighting one's rivals."

According to Putin, it is not right to use tricks to attract the voters' attention. "In my situation, it would not be right to try election tricks to draw the attention of the voters," he said. "I had four years to learn the people's problems and summon readiness to solve them."
