MOSCOW, March 12 (RIA Novosti) - PACE deputies were invited to visit Chechnya to observe the Russian presidential elections on March 14, head of the Federation Council's international committee Mikhail Margelov told RIA Novosti.
According to him, head of the PACE delegation of observers Rudolf Bindig gave much attention to this issue on the post of the European Commission head.
"European parliamentarians should see the election process in Chechnya with their own eyes," Mikhail Margelov stressed.
