MOSCOW, March 12 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow is worried about an increase of tension between the Georgian central authorities and the Adjarian leadership (Adjaria is a Georgian republic).
"Judging by available information, tension between the Georgian central authorities and the leadership of the Adjarian autonomous republic have been increasing lately, reaching a dangerous line.
Voices are heard in Tbilisi, demanding to "put Adjaria in its place..." Of course, such developments cannot but cause anxiety," says a statement received by RIA Novosti.
