MOSCOW, March 10, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Russian Federation Council Speaker Sergei Mironov has called on voters to participate in the presidential elections on March 14.
"I call on voters to come to polling stations on Sunday and participate in the elections," Mr. Mironov told journalists on Wednesday.
According to Mr. Mironov, this Sunday Russia will make a historic choice and in this situation voters should participate in the elections.
"Each Russian should come to the polling station. You should not give your right to vote to anybody else," Mr. Mironov said.
