MOSCOW, March 10, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondents Alexander Bratersky and Sergei Zelentsov) - No radical and unexpected changes are planned in Russia's foreign policy, new Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told RIA Novosti.

The minister made this statement at Sheremetyevo-2 airport before the departure to New York, where he was heading the Russian mission in the UN over the last years.

RIA Novosti's correspondent asked Mr. Lavrov if he would miss New York. "I like Moscow more," the minister said smiling.
