MOSCOW, March 10 (RIA Novosti) - The ex-head of the Russian Railways Ministry, Vadim Morozov, will possibly move to the new Transportation and Communications Ministry, a source close to Mr. Morozov told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.

As the source noted, in accordance with the presidential decree, the Railways Ministry's functions in the sphere of adopting normative-legal acts are transferred to the Transportation and Communications Ministry where Mr. Morozov will possibly head one of its departments.

The source specified that another part of the Railways Ministry' functions, such as law enforcement, management of the property in the sphere of railway transport and rendering state assistance will be later transferred to Federal Railway Transportation Agency.

"I do not know who will head the agency. Perhaps it will be a 'new person'," the source added.
