MOSCOW, MARCH 10 (RIA NOVOSTI) - The decree of the Russian president On the System and Structure of the Federal Bodies of Executive Power will come into force on March 11.
On Thursday Rossiiskaya Gazeta will carry the full text of the decree, RIA Novosti was told on Wednesday.
The president issued the decree on March 9. According to item 26 of the decree, it mostly comes into force on the day of official publication. The main clauses will become effective after the corresponding changes have been made in the present legislation.
