VLADIKAVKAZ, March 10 (RIA Novosti) - On Wednesday alpinists, rescuers and policemen delivered ballot papers for the Russian President's elections to seven North Ossetian settlements cut off by avalanches and mudflows, the Republican central election commission said.

According to its secretary Lyudmila Rodionova, on March 14 they will have to go to these remote regions once again to take ballot-boxes and to sum up the results of voting.

According to the Emergencies Ministry's data, the complete restoration of the destroyed roads will take a lot of time.
