MOSCOW, March 10, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov will appoint the heads of the tax service and the financial markets service soon.
"These are two very important points, we are working with them, we will make up our minds soon," he told a Moscow briefing. In his words, he has no candidacies for these posts for the time being.
