MOSCOW, March 8 (RIA Novosti) - Russian women are not inferior to men either in education or in an active civil position, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a ceremony to give women state awards.
He stressed that women lead among the middle link managers "where there's room for work." There are a lot of intelligent, professionally trained and strong women in Russia, "those women who can think strategically and defend people's vital interests," Mr. Putin said.
