MOSCOW, March 5, 2004. (RIA Novosti). The Russian government will be taking all the necessary measures to prevent terrorism and technogenic catastrophes, Mikhail Fradkov said in the State Duma on Friday.
"Our task is to provide security. Enough measures were taken for this," he stressed.
On Friday the State Duma approved Mikhail Fradkov's appointment to the post of the Prime Minister.
