MADRID, March 4, 2004. (RIA Novosti). "Regardless of the masterminds of the terrorist acts, we resolutely condemn them. They are aimed to frustrate the process of political settlement," Ivanov said.

The problem of terrorism cannot be solved by efforts of the coalition forces in Iraq only, he stressed. It may is solved only as part of political settlement, he stressed.

According to Igor Ivanov, Iraq will be facing the attempts to frustrate political settlement in the future because forces inside and outside Iraq are interested in this.
