MOSCOW, MARCH 4 (RIA Novosti correspondent Tatiana Zakharchenko) - Is Sergei Baburin of the Rodina group to replace Dmitry Rogozin, of the same group, as State Duma Vice-Speaker? The procedural committee will offer the issue to the lower house at its plenary session tomorrow, Oleg Kovalev, committee head, said to Novosti.
Rodina decided to dismiss Sergei Glazyev, group head, in Rogozin's favor in today's roll-call vote. It will be up to the entire Duma to say whether the latter can stay Vice-Speaker. The Rodina reshuffle is its home affair, and Duma regulations do not specify details of such reshuffles within parliamentary groups. The Rodina move will be considered valid as it does not clash with the regulations, holds our informant.
