MOSCOW, MARCH 3 (RIA NOVOSTI) - The Supreme Court of Russia has not satisfied a complaint of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, leader of the Russian Liberal Democratic Party, on the refusal of the Central Election Commission to register him as authorized representative of presidential candidate Oleg Malyshkin, the court told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.

"The grounds for the decision will be laid down in the motivation, to be ready within three days," said the court.

In February the CEC refused to satisfy Malyshkin's application to register the LDPR leader as his authorized representative. The CEC's motivation was Zhirinovsky's being category A public servant. Then Malyshkin sent an appeal to the Supreme Court.
