MOSCOW, MARCH 3 (RIA NOVOSTI) - The governmental commission for the electricity sector reform has approved the designs of reforming three regional joint-stock energy associations, Vyacheslav Voronin, deputy chairman of the board of the Russian Unified Energy Systems company, said in Moscow.
"Three designs for reforming the energy enterprises Altaienergo, Buryatenergo and Tyumenenergo have been approved," he said.
"Reform will be carried out according to the basic version, that is with singling out profile structures," Mr. Voronin said.
The Russian Unified Energy Systems deputy chairman of the board added that all questions on reforming the three enterprises will be submitted for consideration by the next board of directors of the energy holding, due to be held, as reported before, on March 12.
