MOSCOW, MARCH 3 (RIA NOVOSTI) - Mikhail Fradkov, nominated by President Vladimir Putin for the prime ministerial post, is expected to meet with members of the government staff March 4 to discuss Cabinet restructuring plans. Acting Vice Premier Boris Alyoshin announced this to the press following a meeting with Mr. Fradkov in the federal government headquarters Wednesday.

Tomorrow's meeting will probably be of a wider format, and will focus on issues relating to administrative reform, Mr. Alyoshin said. "We are now preparing a report on the performance of the commission for administrative reform," he added.

Mr. Alyoshin is celebrating his birthday today, and Mr. Fradkov offered him birthday greetings and a book of prints featuring Russian painting highlights.
