    MOSCOW, March 3 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message to his Mongolian counterpart Natsagiyn Bagabandi, in which he highly assessed the special nature of Russo-Mongolian ties, said the Russian presidential press service.

    The message reads, in part:

    "The modern history of Russo-Mongolian relations is marked by high dynamics of political contacts, promotion of cooperation on many directions, the strengthening of regional and international interaction." The head of the Russian state assessed the resolution of the issue of Mongolia's debt to Russia as an important step, noting that "this opens wide horizons for further development of the whole complex of relations between our countries, including the investment sphere."
