MOSCOW, March 3, 2004. (RIA Novosti). The Georgian authorities do not conceal their intentions to establish total control over regions, Adzharian leader Aslan Abashidze said on Wednesday.
Speaking about the relations with the Georgian leadership, Abashidze said that "democracy for us is still a value which we are passing by".
"The system of the extension of regional rights is working all over Europe," he stressed. According to Abashidze, he has the right to establish any regional contacts except military ones.
