ST. PETERSBURG, March 3, 2004. (RIA Novosti). No explosive device was found during the checking on a dam in St. Petersburg, the press center of the local main department for civil defense and emergencies told RIA Novosti.
Police received anonymous information on the mining of the dam at 5.35 Moscow time on Wednesday. The search for the telephone terrorist is underway.
