NOVO-OGARYOVO, March 3, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Mikhail Fradkov said that his readiness to head the government had grown stronger after the conversation with the United Russia faction in the State Duma (Lower House).

Mr. Fradkov said that his meeting with the United Russia faction lasted for more than an hour. "Speaking frankly, I felt more confident after it," said the candidate. Our conversation in the faction, he added, lasted long, we discussed a lot of problems.
