NOVO-OGARYOVO, March 3, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Vladimir Putin asked Mikhail Fradkov to present his proposals on the structure of the future Russian government.
"I know that you have met with some ministers of the already outgoing government, mostly with those who had worked on the structure of the government for the last several months. I would very much like to know your opinion about what has been done and your possible proposals about the structure of the future government," said the Russian President when meeting with Mikhail Fradkov, candidate to the post of prime minister.
