GROZNY, MARCH 3, 2004 (RIA Novosti) -- A police car was blown up in the Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny on Tuesday. The Chechen interior ministry told RIA Novosti that two policemen from the Rostov region (to the north of Chechnya) were wounded.
An unidentified device placed under the car caused the blast.
