EXPLOSIVES FOUND IN MOSCOW

MOSCOW, March 3, 2004 (RIA Novosti) -- Plastid, hexogen and electric detonators have been confiscated from two unemployed people in Moscow.

"On March 2, personnel of the operation and investigation bureau and organised crime squads detained two unemployed people in southern Moscow and confiscated 2,030 g of plastid, 350 grams of hexogen and four electric detonators from them," the agency's source said. The source refused to give any more details.
