MOSCOW, March 2, 2004. (RIA Novosti) Andrei Malosolov - Russia's acting Vice-Premier Alexei Gordeyev thinks premier candidate Mikhail Fradkov is a high-class professional.
"I worked with Fradkov in one government and can say that he is a professional who has passed through a school which allows one to know both the domestic economy and the external world," Gordeyev told the journalists.
"Mikhail Fradkov knows how the western countries develop and is trained economically and professionally. Also, he is at the best age for politics," the acting vice-premier added.
