MOSCOW, March 2 (RIA Novosti) - Russia is the world's second most discriminated country in foreign trade after China, Russia's first deputy minister of economic development and trade Alexei Kaulbars told an All-Russian conference of the heads of foreign trade services from the constituent members of the Russian Federation.

"The extent of discrimination increases with the growth of the added value of exported goods," he said.

According to Mr. Kaulbars, discriminatory measures against Russian exports annually cause $2.5 billion worth of damage to Russian producers.
