MOSCOW, MARCH 1, RIA NOVOSTI - Roman Abramovich, governor of the arctic Chukchi area, and Chelsea proprietor, has proposed the Moscow-based Locomotive a friendly meet. Yuri Semin, Locomotive coach, is enthusiastic.

While in the Russian Far East, Abramovich offered the idea to Gennadi Fadeyev, Russian Rail Co. president. Semin appeared very interested as the news reached him, saying, "We are glad to accept this flattering offer," according to the railway boss, whose company sponsors the Moscow team.

If the two VIPs have agreed on the prospect between themselves, it will be up to Locomotive to appoint the day. "The festive match must be in our own stadium-that matters most. The meet will surely be a grand treat to all football fans," says Yuri Semin.
