BRUSSELS, MARCH 1, RIA NOVOSTI - Belgian-Russian contacts will gain with Mikhail Fradkov nominated Russia's Prime Minister, Didier Seous, Belgium's prime-ministerial chief of PR, said to Novosti in a telephone interview.
Fradkov as Premier will certainly promote bilateral ties and his country's contacts with the European Union, he expects.
