MOSCOW, February 27, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - South Korean President No Mu-hyon is to visit Russia soon, the South Korean ambassador to Russia said at the opening ceremony of the South Korean cultural center on Friday.
According to the ambassador, the visit will make an important contribution into the development of bilateral relations.
"After the restoration of diplomatic relations between our countries in 1990, Russia and South Korea saw the development of relations in political, economic, cultural and other spheres," the ambassador said.
