MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Supreme Court refused to hear a complaint by presidential candidate Ivan Rybkin.

The source said the complaint was returned to the plaintiff because it was not within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.

Rybkin filed a complaint to the Supreme Court against the Central Election Commission that banned him from taking part in televised debates by means of a live broadcast from London.

Earlier, Rybkin said he intended to stay in London until the end of the presidential election campaign.
