The President arrived after his meeting with the students of the Siberian Technological University.
Vladimir Putin asked the people about their problems. In the main, they spoke about social problems, the problems in the housing sphere and in the public health services. The President attentively listened to what the city dwellers were telling him, and the governor of the Territory, Alexander Khloponin, promised personally to receive those who told the President about their concrete problems.
A young man asked Vladimir Putin about mortgage lending. The President said that at the meeting with the students several minutes earlier he answered such questions in detail. "It is absolutely necessary to make amendments to the housing legislation," said Putin and added that presently the government was engaged in this problem.
