MOSCOW, February 26, 2004. (RIA Novosti). According to Russian acting Foreign Minister Sergei Ivanov, peace in the Middle East is impossible without the formation of the Palestinian state.
"Those who don't see that should understand that the Palestinian state should be formed both from historic and legal points of view. The road map implies its formation," Ivanov told the Al-Arabiya TV channel.
