MOSCOW, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - Acting Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov refused to comment on the rumors about his possible appointment to the post of the Security Council secretary.
"The foreign ministry does not work with rumors, it works with facts," Mr. Ivanov said.
"We do not comment on rumors; as for facts and appointments, you will learn about them yourselves," Mr. Ivanov told journalists on Wednesday.
