MOSCOW, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - The Federation Council (the upper house of the Russian parliament) has approved the law canceling several provisions of the national legislation in the space sphere.
The law cancels the demands of mandatory ratification of all international agreements in the space sphere, the Federation Council's press service told RIA Novosti.
This cancellation does not contradict the Constitution and the law on international agreements of the Russian Federation and will make it possible to cut the terms of their coming into effect.
