BEIJING, February 25 (RIA Novosti special correspondent) - The second round of the six-sided talks in Beijing on the North Korean nuclear settlement is being held in a friendlier atmosphere than the first round in August 2003.

High-ranking delegates from the USA, North and South Korea, Russia, Japan and China have acknowledged their disagreements on Wednesday, however, they decided to focus on the expansion of the spheres of mutual understanding, diplomatic sources in Beijing told RIA Novosti.

The Russian delegation advanced a proposal to draft the final document to fix the future agreements of the sides.

However, nobody can predict the result of the talks, which are expected to last for three days.

Most delegates, in particular, Russians, proposed to make the talks continuous and form a working group, which can work in the breaks between the main rounds.
