MOSCOW, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - Russia has become a testing ground of foreign building materials, said Nikolai Koshman, the head of the Russian Construction Committee.
"Unfortunately, new building materials which found no application in foreign countries are imported to Russia. Russia has become a ground for experiments and tests," Koshman said at an extended meeting of his department.
"We should raise a question on the quality and security of construction," Koshman stressed.
