MOSCOW, February 24, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - By his decision the President has proved that he is responsive to the mood of grassroots, Acting Vice Premier Galina Karelova was quoted as saying.
"This is evidence of esteem for Russian citizens, who want to and must know the next composition of the cabinet," Karelova stated. According to her, today's decision is a "new level of responsibility for the policy conducted".
The Cabinet has been discharged by the president's order today, Viktor Khristenko appointed Acting Premier of Russia.
