MOSCOW, February 24th, 2004 (RIA Novosti correspondent) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed the Russian government, the presidential press service reported.
The head of state has signed a decree on the Russian Government.
Vladimir Putin has appointed Vice Premier Viktor Khristenko acting Prime Minister.
