MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 24 ( RIA NOVOSTI) - The Council of Europe and Russia intend to create a single legal basis for combating terrorism, Russian justice minister Yuri Chaika told journalists.
"The Council of Europe accepted a Russian proposal to form a common legal space and create a single register of regulatory-legal acts. The creation of a single legal basis for combating terrorism has been proposed as a pilot project.
According to Chaika, a group of experts from Germany completed the work on this issue some days ago.
